This lecture course will include implementing systems within a dental office to save time and money.  Practical tips that are independently useful, ranging from digital technology to communication systems, the value of doctor and staff time, errors and bottlenecks, automation, key metric visualization, office organization, distractions, and productivity will be covered.

• Look into various technology-drives solutions, including AI, that can assist operations within a dental office

• Explore various ideas of what “efficiency” means, and how this applies specifically to a dental office Cover systems that operate within a dental office, and how to tweak these systems to save time

• Discuss psychological aspects of productivity, for both doctors and staff
