How can I register?
There are two ways to register, either online at www.starofthesouth.org or by mail by downloading the registration form when registration opens by mid – end of May, 2026.
May I register if I am not a Dentist?
Yes, dental team members i.e., dental assistants, and dental hygienists may register as the primary registrant, without a dentist.
What is the cancellation Policy?
All cancellations requesting a refund must be received in writing via email to cbolls@ghds.org on or before August 28, 2026 and will be assessed a 25% administrative charge with no exceptions. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to illness, weather related issues or acts of God.
When will I receive my registration materials?
Badges will be mailed two weeks before the conference. If you do not receive your badge prior to the conference, you will have the ability to print them onsite at self-service printing stations.
How do I receive handouts?
Handouts are not available for every course. If a speaker provides handouts, they will be emailed to you 2 weeks before the conference.
What do I do if I lost my badge or tickets?
Visit registration onsite to replace your lost badge.
Where is Lost and found?
If you find an item, please turn it in at Registration.
What if I want to stay overnight, is there local accommodations?
Yes, information coming soon.
Classroom Temperatures
Although every effort is made to make the classroom temperatures as comfortable as possible, room temperatures may vary from warm to cold. To appropriately prepare for all conditions, please bring a sweater or jacket with you to the meeting.
