How can I register?
You may register beginning January 3, 2022 either online or by mail by downloading the registration form available on the Star of the South website.
May I register if I am not a Dentist?
Yes, non-dentist attendees may register as the primary registrant, without a dentist and pay appropriate fee per your appropriate attendee category.
What is the cancellation Policy?
All cancellations requesting a refund must be received in writing on or before to February 18, 2022 and will be assessed a 25% administrative charge with no exceptions. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, weather related issues or acts of God. When will I receive my registration materials?
Badges and tickets are mailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
How do I receive handouts?
The Star of the South does not provide printed handouts for distribution onsite. If a speaker provides handouts, they will be available online beginning February 17, 2022. After you register to attend the Star of the South, instructions will be sent in the confirmation email (or mailed with your badge).
What do I do if I lost my badge or tickets?
Call 866-502-2956 or visit the registration booth onsite to replace your lost badge. Lost tickets must be repurchased.
Where is Lost and found?
If you find an item, please turn it in at the Registration booth or the Show Office.
How do I make hotel reservations?

Or, you may book your hotel at the same time that you register for the conference beginning January 3, 2022.
Although every effort is made to make the classroom temperatures as comfortable as possible, room temperatures may vary from warm to cold. In order to appropriately prepare for all conditions, please bring a sweater or jacket with you to the meeting.
