The Star of the South Dental Meeting is open to Dentists, Dental Residents, Dental Students, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Dental Office Staff,  and Laboratory Technicians.

REGISTRATION CATEGORY & FEES
Early Bird Registrations must be received by February 28, 2025
Regular Registration Fees apply after February 28th, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Early Bird Registration
Register by February 28, 2025, to receive the Early Bird discount rate. After February 28, 2025, Regular fees will apply.

Correct payment must accompany your registration. Badges will no longer be mailed. All Attendees will print their badges onsite at self-service printing stations.

Registrants with Disabilities
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at the meeting. If you have a disability and require special assistance, please check the box on your registration form and hotel reservation form.

Payment
The Star of the South accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or checks made payable to GHDS. You may register online by credit card or by mail if paying by check.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
All cancellations requesting a refund must be received in writing on or before March 7, 2025 and will be assessed a 25% administrative charge with no exceptions. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, weather related issues or acts of God.
