Having placed more than 24,000 dental implants, he is also a frequent speaker and educator in implant surgery at the local, state, national and international level. He is co-founder of long running corporate sponsored training programs such as Implant Surgery: Art, Science, and Business Model (Straumann), The Specialist Institute (Biohorizons and Straumann). and The Full Arch Implant Practice (Straumann). Dr Keeney is committed to implant surgical education for the General Practitioner and is the founder of Implant Reality, ongoing training programs in Central Virginia.
